We hired Liam to cater a three course dinner for a party of 14. From initial contact through to completion he was professional, friendly, full of suggestions and ideas and efficient. He was flexible with menu requirements such as gluten free and vegan options. The food and presentation was amazing and enjoyed by all and he cleaned up the kitchen afterwards. We would highly recommend Liam for your catering requirements.
